Terms of use

Effective 25 October 2026. These terms cover computescreener.com, the Compute Screener apps for iPhone and Android, and the Compute Screener connector for AI apps at computescreener.com/mcp. By using them you accept these terms.

The data

The index values and data files are published under CC BY 4.0: you may copy, share and adapt them, including commercially, with credit to "Compute Screener (computescreener.com)" and, where you can, a link to the GPU's or company's page. Charts and screenshots can be shared the same way. Data from other sources keeps its own terms, listed on the Methodology page. The licence does not cover the Compute Screener name and raccoon logo: using them to name a product, or in a way that suggests Compute Screener endorses you, needs permission.

Information, not advice

The prices and indices are information about posted prices and markets. They are not investment, financial, legal or purchasing advice, and not an offer to buy, sell or rent anything. Prices change; check with the provider or exchange before you rent or trade.

No warranty

The site, apps, connector and data are provided as they are and as available, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. Values can be corrected or restated as the Methodology page describes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Compute Screener is not liable for any loss from using the site, apps, connector or data, including lost profits and indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you is limited to S$50.

Links and referral fees

Rent, Get API key and exchange links lead to other companies' sites, which have their own terms. A link that can earn Compute Screener a referral fee is marked "Paid link". Referral fees never affect prices, volumes, weights or the order of providers and exchanges.

Fair use

Automated access to the data files and the connector is welcome at a reasonable rate. Do not overload the service or try to disrupt it; access may be limited to keep it available for everyone.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to [email protected] and allow 30 days to resolve the issue.

Changes and contact
