About Xiaomi
The Xiaomi token price index is $0.25 per 1M tokens today, up 3.9% since yesterday, up 14.7% over the past week and up 9.6% over the past month. Since Jan 26, 2026 it has ranged from $0.15 to $1.50. It is the usage-weighted average of the posted prices of Xiaomi's 2 models, blending 3 input tokens with 1 output token; MiMo-V2.6-Flash has the largest share of usage, at 78.5%. It is calculated once a day, for each UTC day, shortly after the day ends.
Xiaomi, the Beijing phone and electronics maker listed in Hong Kong under stock code 1810, makes the MiMo models; its founder, Lei Jun, is chairman and chief executive. MiMo launched in April 2025, and in March 2026 Lei Jun said Xiaomi would invest at least $8.7 billion in AI over three years, according to Wikipedia, citing the South China Morning Post and Reuters. MiMo's published weights, including those of the V2.5 and V2.6 models, are under the MIT license. MiMo's output costs twice its input; at the other Chinese labs on this site, output costs at least three times input.

USD per 1M tokens, overseas pay-as-you-go prices, on October 24, 2026. UltraSpeed runs V2.6-Pro "up to 20x faster" at ten times the price. Batch requests cost half, and UltraSpeed has no batch option. Cache hits cost about 0.8% of the input price on Pro and UltraSpeed and 2% on Flash, and cache writes are "Limited-time Free". Since May 27, 2026 the price no longer depends on prompt length. Xiaomi sells in China in yuan, at separate prices.
What this index measures
Each day's value averages the prices Xiaomi posts for its own MiMo models, weighted by each model's tokens in OpenRouter's daily rankings and blended at 3 input tokens to 1 output token. On October 23, 2026, Flash carried 78.5% of Xiaomi's ranked tokens and Pro 21.5%. The history starts on January 26, 2026, when Xiaomi began charging for its API; before that, MiMo-V2-Flash was free, and free models are not counted. Under this site's methodology, the days Xiaomi served each MiMo model are taken from its update log.
Other hosts sell the same weights: on October 24, 2026, 10 endpoints listed V2.6-Flash on OpenRouter, from $0.091 to $0.175 per million input tokens. The index uses Xiaomi's own price.
What moves Xiaomi's index
- Flash versus Pro. Pro costs more than Flash, about three times as much on today's prices, so the index rises with Pro's share of usage. On March 19, 2026, the day after MiMo-V2-Pro's release at $1/$3, Pro carried most of Xiaomi's usage and the index rose to $1.25 from $0.15, the price of Flash alone. From September 22 to October 23, 2026, it stayed between $0.21 and $0.25, apart from October 17.
- The May 2026 price cut. From May 27, 2026, Xiaomi cut V2.5-Pro to $0.435/$0.87 from $1/$3, and V2.5 to $0.14/$0.28 from $0.40/$2. The index fell to $0.46 from $1.44 the day before, and has stayed between $0.175 and $0.46 since, apart from October 17.
- UltraSpeed. At ten times Pro's price, a little UltraSpeed use moves the index. On October 17, 2026, UltraSpeed was among OpenRouter's 50 most-used models with about 3% of Xiaomi's tokens, and the index rose to $0.40 from $0.22 the day before; the next day UltraSpeed dropped out and the index was $0.24.
